The English School of Canada's College Transfer Program (CTP) is designed for students planning to attend college in Toronto. This is an advanced level program and focuses on providing students with the skills necessary to succeed at the college level. The CTP program has been specifically designed to include the following skills and topics:
- English for Academic Purposes
- Academic Writing Skills
- Academic Presentation Skills
- Seminar Participation Skills
- Note Taking and Listening skills
- Research and Citation Skills
Program Length: 12 weeks
Program hours: 25 hours/week Monday-Friday
Starting dates: Monthly(please contact the school for more details)
Entrance requirements: ESC Advanced Level (Entrance test required)

This program is recommended for students who are interested in attending college in Toronto. It is also an excellent option for students who may not be planning to attend college, but are interested in a challenging program with an academic focus. Successful students will not be required to submit an English proficiency score (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.) for college entrance at participating colleges. Please note that students must meet the general admission requirements for each particular college. This program is designed to fulfill the English language requirements for application.
