English is
the language of international business, and students who complete
the English School of Canada’s Business English Program
will improve their ability to communicate in English in a wide
range of business situations. Students will become more fluent
and confident using English as a business language. They will
also develop such skills as: communication, negotiating strategies,
participating in business meetings, writing business letters,
and giving business presentations.
The Business program can be taken as a part-time program for
15 hours a week or as a full-time program for 22.5 or 30 hours
a week. As a full-time program it can be combined with any other
class depending on the student’s learning needs.
After finishing at least 8 weeks of the Business program students
have the option of entering the Internship Program where they
will have the opportunity to work with Canadian companies and
organizations and apply the skills that they acquired in the
classroom.
