This program is designed for students interested in improving their ability to speak and communicate in the English language. Students will improve their linguistic and strategic conversational skills, while at the same time improving their pronunciation. Students also learn about North American culture and social customs to assist them in learning how and when to say the right thing.
This program can be taken as a part-time program for 15 hours a week or as a full-time program for 22.5 or 30 hours a week. As a full-time program it can be combined with any other class depending on the student’s learning needs.
The flexibility of changing classes at ESC allowed me to take the classes which I needed. The teachers and the staff are very nice and helpful. I improved my English a lot during my time at ESC. I also enjoyed meeting all the people from different countries
